WHABA ANNOUNCES WINTER WORKOUT , SPRING AND AMERICAN LEGION POST 96 UPDATES
POST 96 AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL UPDATE-
POST 96 BASEBALL GENERAL MANAGER SHAUN FARLEY has announced major changes to the WEST HARTFORD POST 96 baseball program. “ We received a lot of feedback about the program at all age levels this past summer , we’ve heard you loud and clear and we’re making some significant changes , especially at the u19 and u17 levels”. Players at this level will participate in more tournaments and more out of zone games where their abilities will be challenged further. There is also a plan for a program showcase that is currently in the works. One of the major changes will be the season. The zone play will be condensed to weekday games so the weekends can allow for out of town travel and some home games against tough out of zone opponents. The 15u and 13u programs will also participate in additional tournaments and out of zone jamborees.
If you are interested in being considered for one of the 4-5 Post96 teams , watch for additional email where you register your name so the Post has your info and you can receive additional details
