Founded in 2007, WHABA is committed to providing consistent instruction and play opportunities for youth baseball programs in West Hartford. These programs include the Alumni League, WHABA Spring Travel U13 and U14, the Tobacco Valley League, Pete Kokonis Summer League, Fall Baseball, and the West Hartford American Legion Post 96 programs.

WHABA is composed of representatives from these programs, working together to enhance the baseball experience in West Hartford. They collaborate to improve field conditions, organize player and coaching clinics, host seminars on college baseball prospects, and provide information on finding great deals on gloves and bats.
