2026 WHABA Winter Workouts

2026 WHABA WINTER BASEBALL WORKOUTS REGISTRATION NOW UNDERWAY

Our 18th Season of Winter Workouts

What – baseball pre-season conditioning workouts, we will start in early January .

Who – Any big diamond player ages 13 and older who will be playing on the big diamond next year.

When-

Saturday’s** at WHABA Hitting building for hitting, players in PODs* will be placed in time slots for their 30 minute hitting session each week.

Wednesdays - Fielding at FASA from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Throwing and Bull Pens: Days and Times to be determined.

** We may add a weekday hitting session based on coach availability and need.
